Manolactic fermentation:generated but not completed
Ripening:preserved in stainless steel containers for
eighteen months in Tonneaux French oak barrels of first conveyance of 500 litres after the end of alcoholic fermentation.
Organoleptic marks:very strong ruby red colour with
scents of red fruit which are typical of this variety.
Perfect balance with tannic acid and tip-top quality.
Alcohol content :14,5% Vol
Food pairing:serve at 16-18°C on main succulent dishes and meat dishes.
