Shipping policy

Cooling-Off Period and Returns

For every shipment, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days from the moment of arrival. Please note that the product must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging to ensure the validity of the return.

Shipping Delays

If your order experiences a significant delay in shipping, we will contact you promptly via email or phone to notify you of the situation.

These shipping terms apply exclusively to physical products.

Shipping costs within Europe and international

Please note that shipping costs, whether within Europe or internationally, may vary depending on the product. Where possible, we provide an estimated shipping price or indication, but Wonders of Luxury reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees after an order is placed if the actual shipping costs exceed the original estimate. Any such additional fees will only be applied after obtaining the customer’s consent.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, including tracking numbers. These tracking numbers will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any customs and tax fees applicable to your order are outside the responsibility of Wonders of Luxury. Any costs incurred during or after shipping, such as tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage

If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact Wonders of Luxury immediately. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for possible inspection.

Shipping Liability

Wonders of Luxury shall not be held liable for any shipping delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance processes, or unforeseen logistical issues beyond our control. In such cases, delivery times may be extended without compensation or liability to the customer.

Shipping Insurance

For high-value products, we recommend customers purchase additional shipping insurance to cover any potential loss or damage during transit. Wonders of Luxury is not responsible for lost or damaged goods if shipping insurance is not selected at checkout.
