At Wonders of Luxury, we believe in offering a seamless and refined shopping experience. In line with this, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To ensure that we can process your return efficiently, we kindly ask that the item be in the same pristine condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase, as this will be required to complete your return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
At Wonders of Luxury, we take the utmost care in the handling and dispatch of your items. However, should you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we ask that you notify us immediately upon receipt. This will allow us to swiftly resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are unfortunately non-returnable due to their nature. This includes perishable goods (such as gourmet foods, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as personalized items or special orders), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Kindly note, returns on sale items and gift cards cannot be accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, we honor your right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. As with our general policy, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will promptly inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
