Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (s). The tracking number is active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Wonders of Luxury is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Covid 19
Due to the corona virus, we experience great pressure regarding the delivery and shipment of the products. This pressure at the distributor can sometimes cause a delay in shipping.
With every shipped product you will receive a track and trace code so that you are able to check the status of your shipment 24/7.
In case of a delivery that takes significantly longer than normal, Wonders of Luxury will contact you to discuss the various options. A delay in your order is not pleasant, and we understand that.
